Tomb of Saadat Ali Khan

Two large tombs honour Nawab Sa'adat Ali Khan (1798-1814) and his wife Begum Khurshidzadi. The tombs are next to each other and can only be viewed from the outside and stand near the historical Begum Hazrat Mahal Park.

Tombs of Sa'adat Ali Khan and the Begum in Lucknow is one of the most prominent and beautiful sites. These are famous twin maqbaras. Dedicated to Saadat Ali Khan and Khurshid Zadi, this site of architectural brilliance is renowned for exemplifying Avadh structural patterns.

The floor of the building is made of marbel and other precious stones. 4 burj and multiple doors The grave of the Nawab is in underground Tehkhana with 16 stylist windows.

 

Its symmetrical domes with exquisitely adorned kiosks are the eye-catchers. It is one of the very refined sites to see the brilliant architectural designs that are the quintessential examples of symmetrical measures.

The Lucknow Tombs of Sa'adat Ali Khan and the Begum is located near the very gorgeous Begum Hazrat Mahal Park. Hence after paying a visit to this site you can also take a leisurely stroll to the park.
