If you misplace an item during your journey with Etihad Airways, follow these
steps to report it and improve your chances of recovery:
At the Airport
For items lost at Abu Dhabi International Airport or on an Etihad Airways
flight, visit the airport’s Lost & Found office or contact the local Etihad
office immediately.
Provide as much detail as possible about the item, including a clear
description, where and when it was lost, and your travel details.
Contacting the Airline
If your item was left onboard, Etihad Airways staff may be able to help locate
it.
Have your flight number, seat number, and a detailed description ready when you
call.
Online Reporting
Submit a Lost & Found report through the Etihad Airways website. Search “Lost &
Found” at etihad.com for the latest submission instructions.
Claiming Your Item
Retrieved items are usually held at the airport’s Lost & Found office or the
airline’s service desk.
You may need to show proof of ownership (such as a description or purchase
receipt) and valid ID to collect your belongings.
Important Notes
Perishable, illegal, or hazardous goods cannot be stored.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or donated after the holding period, as per
