Jalgaon

Jalgaon district offers a number of beautiful sights to the tourist. There are many places for the visitors to choose from, ranging from forts, places of natural beauty and even a number of temples for the pilgrims. Jalgaon Attractions

	Manudevi Temple Located near Adgaon village in Yawal Taluka in the scenic natural surroundings of the Satpura Range. Manudevi is the Kuldevi (family deity) of 70% people in the district.
	Parola Fort Built in 1727 and the size of the fort is 160 to 130-sq-meters. It is believed that the fort belonged to the father of the Great Rani of Jhansi Lakshmi Bai. Hence, Parola is believed to be the native of Rani Laxmibai.
	Mehrun Park One of the oldest parks located in the centre of the city on Shirsholi Road. It is a cool and nice place with number of trees, which attracts many people.
	Shree Sant Muktabai Temple Muktai or Muktabai was a very popular saint of the Varkari tradition. She was born in Deshastha Brahmin family as the younger sister of the first Varkari saint.
	Padmalaya Temple Located at Erandol near Jalgaon in Maharashtra. Among the two and a half Shree Ganapati Peeths in India, it is the half Peetha.
	Omkareshwar Mandir One of the most famous and beautiful temples in Jalgaon city, dedicated to Lord Shiva, situated at Jai Nagar.
